PokeSyne Refund & Return Policy

At PokeSyne, we take pride in offering authentic Pokémon TCG products and accurately described items. Due to the collectible and tamper-sensitive nature of trading cards, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Sealed Products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, Packs)

All sealed product sales are final once opened.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unopened

  • The original factory seal is fully intact

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

Any signs of tampering or damage to the seal will void eligibility for a refund.

Singles & Graded Cards

All singles and graded card sales are final sale.

We provide clear images and accurate condition descriptions. Please review all photos carefully before purchasing. If you need additional photos prior to purchase, contact us and we will gladly assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once tracking has been issued, the order cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

Fraud Prevention

PokeSyne reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy manipulation.
